Angelus Hut,
Nelson Lakes National Park
Big, modern and airy, Angelus Hut sits in a spectacular spot between two alpine lakes and is surrounded by mountains. It has running water, outdoor toilets, a wood burner and a large verandah on two sides.
This is a very popular hut, and you must book online in advance. It costs between $15 and $30, depending on the time of year.
